About the performance figures
The return percentages displayed on the home page (all-time +212.4%, past year +90.6%, year-to-date +14.6%, past month +31.9%) reflect the unaudited performance of a personal Robinhood brokerage account belonging to the founder, as shown in the Robinhood mobile application on April 20, 2026. These figures are:
— Gross of taxes (federal, state, and any other applicable).
— Not reduced by any advisory or management fees (none apply, since no advisory services are currently offered).
— Not audited by an independent CPA firm or third-party performance verification service.
— Derived from a trading approach that uses concentrated positions, options contracts, and occasionally leveraged strategies — all of which carry substantially higher risk of loss than diversified index-fund investing.
Returns of this magnitude over the ~27-month period shown are highly atypical and should not be assumed to continue. A strategy capable of producing these results can, with the same methodology, produce significant losses in different market conditions.

Planned services — not yet available
The "Pricing" section of the home page describes planned advisory services that are not currently available for purchase. These services will only be offered if and when:
(a) Green Eye Capital or its principal registers as an Investment Advisor with the SEC or an applicable state regulator;
(b) A written advisory agreement, privacy policy, and Form ADV Part 2 brochure are in place and delivered to prospective clients;
(c) A compliance attorney has reviewed the services, fee structure, and marketing materials for compliance with the SEC Marketing Rule (17 CFR § 275.206(4)-1) and any applicable state law.
